The New Brunswick System Operator (NBSO) cordially invites present and potential Market Participants and interested parties to attend its 2nd Annual Information Session to be held April 23 and 24, 2007 at the WU Conference Centre, located on the Fredericton campus of the University of New Brunswick. Please refer to the attached draft Agenda and associated event documents.

The NBSO is a not-for-profit, independent body governed by the Electricity Act (NB), whose primary responsibilities are to ensure the reliability of the electrical system, as well as to facilitate the development and operation of a competitive electricity market in New Brunswick.

Last year’s Information Session was the first such event and very generic in nature as NBSO had only been in existence since 2004. There have been many developments over the past year and as such, this year’s session is more specific in terms of areas of technical and/or commercial interest to perspective market participants.
