The Operational Planning Study Team of ISO New England, New Brunswick System Operator, New Brunswick Power Transmission Corporation, Central Maine Power and Bangor Hydro-Electric Company recently released an Executive Summary document titled, “Power Transfer Capability from New England to New Brunswick With the Second 345 kV Tie-Line 3016/390 in Service.”

This Executive Summary presents results from the first part of the Operational Planning Studies that dealt with the transfer capability in the direction from New England to New Brunswick with all transmission facilities in-service.
