Billing Disputes

A Market Participant or Transmitter may, no later than the later of the last Business Day of the month following the month to which a Settlement Statement applies and 10 Business Days after the Settlement Statement was made available to it, notify the SO of any inquiry or dispute relating to such Settlement Statement. Payments in dispute are to be paid as invoiced and any required adjustments are to be made subsequent to the resolution of the dispute. Any complainant not satisfied with the NBSO resolution of the dispute may follow the alternative dispute resolution process as defined in Chapter 3 of the Market Rules.
