NBSO performs the Market Settlement monthly. NBSO has until the 5th Business Day of any given month to produce the settlement statements and invoices for both Market Participants and Transmitters with respect to the previous calendar month. Market Participants and Transmitters then have until the 20th day of the month to complete full payments in accordance with those invoices, unless the 20th day is not a Business Day, in which case full payment must be made by the closest previous Business Day. In the case of a net credit invoice, NBSO has until two Business Days after the aforementioned date to make full payment to the respective Market Participant or Transmitter.
