Tariff
The Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) defines the terms and conditions, rates
and schedules, ancillary services, service agreements, interconnection agreements,
transmission expansion policies and Standards of Conduct for the purposes of utilizing
the transmission system.
On May 6, 2011 the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board issued a Decision in
relation to an application by the New Brunswick System Operator for a review of
its 2011/2012 revenue requirement.
The following has been approved by the Board for the fiscal year 2011-2012:
