The Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) defines the terms and conditions, rates and schedules, ancillary services, service agreements, interconnection agreements, transmission expansion policies and Standards of Conduct for the purposes of utilizing the transmission system.

Tariff - April 1, 2011

On May 6, 2011 the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board issued a Decision in relation to an application by the New Brunswick System Operator for a review of its 2011/2012 revenue requirement.

The following has been approved by the Board for the fiscal year 2011-2012:

  • Revenue Requirement of $11.055 million
  • Schedule 2 -
  • Revenue Requirement of $5.634 million
  • Schedule 3(c) -
  • The service rate for wind energy is C$0.50/MWH
