Market Procedures are documents that describe the procedures, processes and forms to be used by the NBSO, Transmitters and market Participants in fulfilling their respective obligations under the market Rules. Market Procedures provide more detailed descriptions of the requirements for various activities than is specified in the Market Rules.

Market Procedures are binding on the NBSO, Transmitters and market Participants. As such, compliance with Market Procedures is mandatory in the same way as is compliance with the Market Rules.
